Carbon Reduction Plan
PPN 06/21
The Cabinet Office’s Procurement Policy Note (PPN) 06/21 requires suppliers wishing to bid for certain contract are required at the selection stage to confirm a commitment to achieving Net Zero by 2050.

The PPN06/21 guidance was originally established for businesses bidding for major government contracts, this has now become a requirement for a range of frameworks and dynamic purchasing systems, meaning businesses of all sizes have to meet this guidance with a detailed plan, supported by credible intiatives.
